Okay, okay. . .but I’m still. . .not. . .quite. . .comfortable
We understand. It’s normal to be nervous. None of us want to try something we aren’t very good at or don’t know how to do at all. That feeling will melt away, usually during your first class. Remember, you’ll be with people just like you (and feeling just like you) with little or no dance experience. Our first goal is to make beginning classes fun, comfortable and friendly. If we can do that, the steps will come soon enough. You’ll actually start looking forward to class very, very soon (if not, we’re not the right studio for you).
Still not 100% sure. . .? That’s why your first class is free!
Just fill out the form at the top of this page and just drop in during any of the listed class times above. Once you fill out the form, we’ll send you a confirmation email. It’s that easy!!
Dance has always been a part of Emi’s life. It was in high school where she learned technique and form and was able to perfect it in college. Ever since her experience in college, she has strived to keep dance active in her life. It is not just a means to keep her body strong and her mind alive, but it is a way to express who she is. Through dance, she intends for her students to experience that joy as well. She hopes that others can find freedom in dance to be who they already are and with a booming confidence.
Alexis Ramirez was born and raised in Oakland, CA. Her main dance passion is hip hop, which she has been doing seriously for about 10 years. In college, she choreographed for the BODACIOUS hip hop team and is part of the Salsa N' Seattle hip hop performance team, Drop Squad. She always looks for opportunities to broaden her scope of knowledge on different hip hop styles and all types of dance. The most important thing for her is to share her knowledge, passion and love of dance with others so that they can pursue their dance passion while adding some swag in their steps!
