Dance Strengthening Classes
Combining dance class exercises and circuit workouts, Dance Strengthening is a great tool for dancers or non-dancers to gain flexibility, strength and endurance. With modern, high-energy music and a quick pace, this class is not only a great workout but an excellent way to enhance your dance technique. The class focuses a cardiovascular workout plus toning and stretching so whether you are looking to improve your technique or focus on your personal fitness, this class is for you!

Erin spent the first 13 years of her dance career learning Russian-style ballet at the Lynn Marchant Dance Academy in her small Oregon hometown. Her instructors ranged from Bolshoi-trained ballerinas to local karate senseis that taught her not only technique but creativity to an otherwise traditional style of dance. During college, Erin blossomed as a dancer learning, among others, hip-hop and contemporary styles as well as honing her ballet roots at the University of Oregon’s dance program.
